I am Natalie Fu and I am currently a high school student studying in Hong Kong at Harrow International School and am extremely passionate about practicing mindfulness! I also really like participating in outdoor activities during my free time! One of my favourite outdoor activities would have to be equestrian and water skiing!

As a high school student, I have often found myself in stressful exam situations and tight deadlines. I have in the past fallen into the common trap of letting my stress get out of control and letting this spiral into constant self-doubt and

negative thoughts. Many times, the root cause of deterioration in mental health is the inability to cope with the pressure and stress. Mindfulness has definitely played a role in helping with my mental health as it helped me cope with my stress. Thus, I would really like to take this opportunity to share mindfulness techniques to help youths destress.
